Web Site Customer Service Representative

Econo Print, located in downtown Billings, is looking for a personable individual to join our web site customer service team. The Customer Service Associate will primarily work with customers on the phone and by email. The main job function is listening to customers, identifying their needs, and presenting the best products available to satisfy their printing and marketing needs.

Qualifications:

• The ability to project confidence, care, and interest with your voice and personality is a must.

• A clear speaking voice, good verbal skills, and the ability to listen.
• Caring attention to details and interested in preventing errors and solving problems (Very important).
• Prior experience in phone solicitation, medical or legal form processing, technical web support, or web site (graphics) design, will give you an edge over other candidates.
• Above average spelling, math, and typing skills.
• A standardized typing test may be required before hire.
• Positive and upbeat attitude. We can teach you the duties, but your winning personality is the key to success.
• Prior graphics knowledge would put you at the top of the list.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interact with customer inquiries by phone and email correspondence.
• Verification of web orders and assist customer with website navigation.
• Continually learning aspects of the products offered.
• Entry of web customer orders into production software.
• Process customer orders for fulfillment from inventory.
• Process customer credit card payments.
• Physically help process orders for shipping during high volume times.
• Pick products, verify order is complete, package, and use shipping software.
• General clerical duties.

Full-time schedule will be 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch break. Some flexibility in hours schedule after training has been completed.

Wage level determined by experience, abilities, and motivation. Starting wage $14 - $16/hr. W/ benefits.

Full-Time position compensation also includes employer assisted health coverage, paid sick days, Paid Holidays (6), paid vacation, and 401K participation after completion of the probationary periods (different availability term for each benefit).
