Sales and Automotive Parts distribution warehouse in Fenton looking for an experienced Manager. Good Base salary + Quarterly Bonus

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations, increasing efficiency, and understanding how they can help drive sales growth.

We distribute vehicle parts such as radiators and AC compressors to local repair shops.
All items are sold and delivered locally by our drivers, typically same day asap.
The Key to success in this job is making sure we are providing exceptional service to our customers and that our sales people are both servicing and growing their customers.

The right professional should:
- Be self-directed, highly effective, and results oriented.
- Have 5 + years of successful operations management
- Have 3 + years managing sales people
- Have 3 + years managing inventory purchasing

Ideal Candidate:

- Superior organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- B2B and/or Retail sales
- Strong communication and writing skills
- LTL or TL shipment processing knowledge
- Interpersonal, and leadership skills

Primary Responsibilities:

- Ensure deliveries are dispatched timely and efficiently
- Engage in all phases of customer service efficiently and effectively
- Train, direct, and assist staff in operations, sales, and transportation tasks
- Inventory control, including cycle counts, warranty, and returns processing
- Inventory Management, including Receiving, Processing, and Shipping/Delivery
- PT Sales Planning and oversight of 2-3 sales people
- Cost and P&L Management

Education & Training (valued, but not required)
- Multi-lingual (Spanish)
- Proficiency in Parts Catalog look up and cross reference
- Degree or certification in Business or Supply Chain related field
- Basic knowledge of parts categories and of automotive systems
