Two years of work experience in related field required. Understand and implement team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with circle and value stream vision

Employ social selling tactics to engage with warm leads, target accounts, and decision-makers via LinkedIn or other social channels.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Masters degree preferred). Experience in Human Services field preferred.

At times, the incumbent will be required to support the social work department in traditional social work roles as determined by the social work manager.

Certifications/Licensure: Maintains Current CPR certification. Four years of phlebotomy and/or technical experience in a hospital environment required.
