The role will have a strong collaborative communication between various functions throughout the organization including but not limited to: NP&PD, Operations,

Follows-up with medical providers offices to clarify prescribed medications, dosages, refills, interactions and allergies to suggest alternative medications,

Accurately handles routine purchasing transactions, daily sales, daily cash in and cash out, and daily inventories. Arranges shipment of related sales.

Maintain A/R and A/P for corporate and intercompany transactions. Running errands (bank deposits, etc.). 1 - 3 years of prior accounting experience.

You will be hands on speaking with guests, taking orders, making cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
