ArmorGuard Exteriors is a local home improvement company serving the greater Jacksonville area for over 38 years. We are hiring experienced appointment setters to call customers and schedule appointments for our outside sales team. We provide the software, the prospects, and the training to be successful!

Job Description

• Call prospects and past customers to generate interest
• Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Teams
• Email and text set appointments messages and times to interested customers
• Attend and contribute to daily meetings

Desired Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional, friendly phone personality
• Proficient experience with MS Office, email
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude
• 3+ years of experience with inbound and outbound appointment setting in a call-center
• Prior experience with CRM software helpful
• Proven history of success in exceeding expectations
