We are currently looking for interested candidates to join our team here at the Columbus Airport. The Supervisor will help manage subordinates, ensure gates are equipped for wheelchair services.

Responsibilities:

5+ years’ experience in oversight of employees

Oversee current operations

Implement company culture, values, and policies

Oversight of a complex airport operation and follow through on employee accountability

Supervisor Skills and Qualifications:

Professionalism

Proven work experience in a previous leadership capacity

Strong decision-making skills

Must be able to work without supervision.

Must be self-motivated and a self-starter

Proficient Microsoft Office skills

Must have keen follow up skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

College degree preferred
