Rare hospital pharmacist position available in a very stable and cohesive work environment. This position will consist of a hybrid schedule having some day shift and some evening hours. Candidate will have some responsibility to work weekends once per month and retail pharmacy in coverage situations. Pharmacists have complete oversight of daily medication management related processes and technician staff, as well as engagement in clinical consult services. They work as a team to ensure all aspects of care of provided timely and with a high degree of quality.

Primary hospital job functions would include but are not limited to: Electronic order entry and review, oversite of technician work and schedules, applying policies and procedures to ensure all regulatory and licensing requirements are met, start and monitor consults for TPN, kinetics, IV to PO, antimicrobial stewardship, opioid stewardship, and other initiatives, participation in multidisciplinary care rounds or team meetings, attendance at regular staff meetings, and automation management.
