General Contractor is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our fast-paced team. This position would work in tandem with the Project Management team.

The ideal candidate would have some construction accounting experience, some knowledge of subcontracts, certificates of insurance, lien releases, budgets, job cost and accounts payable.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Three years of accounting experience

· Proficient in Excel and Word

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

· Detail oriented

· Accurate

· Reliable

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Ability to multitask

Preferred but not required:

· Experience in Accounts Receivable

· Experience in Payroll

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
