All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.

Must have BLS, DEA certificate and OR license upon start. Chronic care management, pain management and integrated behavioral health experience preferred.

*Required *license -*Class A CDL*. OTR driving position needed (*no local positions)*. Tractor-trailer: 2 years (Required). Must pass DOT drug test.
