Responsible for professional answering incoming phone calls and messages, as well as follow-up activities with patients. Track and report appointment results.

High energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, and a demonstrated self-directed work ethic are required.

Conduct security inquiries, identify suspected security infractions and violations, develop reports, and make recommendations to the government security team

Auditing (both on and off the field). Maintaining communication between both field staff and office staff. Conducting Inventory (both on and off the field).

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience with the following: Fixed Asset Tracking and Depreciation. G/L and Trade Accounts Reconciliation.
