Villa Esperanza Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals with developmental disabilities for over 60 years!

About us: Villa's school offers an educational program serving students from 5-22 years old (elementary, middle and high school classes) who have special needs associated with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, intellectual and other developmental disabilities.

Villa believes in the following:

• On-going staff development to incorporate current educational and behavioral teaching strategies.

Requirements:

• If a student, candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with CBEST and be currently enrolled in a teacher credentialing program.

OR

• If credentialed, candidate must be fully California credentialed level 1 Mild to Moderate (with AAA/Autism Added Authorization) or Level 2 Moderate to Severe!

Compensation: Starting at $64,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, credential completion status and DOE

*Final candidates must satisfactorily complete a fingerprinting clearance, physical & TB screenings, and submit proof of vaccination for COVID-19.

COVID-19 Considerations: This position requires the employee to work in a School campus/setting. Due to current regulations governing Schools, all workers who provide services or work in a School must be fully vaccinated. Therefore, the selected candidate hired for the position must submit proof of vaccination for COVID 19 prior to the first day of employment.
