Provide performance consulting: determine, by training needs analysis/root cause analysis, whether the performance gaps are training-related or system issues

Assist Chief Engineer in the plan and organization of the design, new product development, and improvements of existing product lines.

Statesville, NC: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required). Schedule: 7 days on 7 days off.

Working knowledge of child development, disabilities, and evidence based clinical practice. Degree from an accredited program.
