• Automotive Service Writer

Archie’s Brake and Quick Lube is a locally owned fast-growing shop with room for advancement. We need an automotive service writer with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task. Duties include:

*Greeting customers in the shop and on the phone

*Scheduling customer appointments to help manage workflow

*Communicating with the automotive and detail technicians regarding customer needs, as well as managing the workflow of the shop

*Communicating with owner regarding shop workflow, job estimates, inventory, etc.

The ideal candidate will:

*Have at least 1 year service writer experience

*Be detail and service oriented

*Be able to multitask in a busy environment

*Possess automotive knowledge regarding services, repair, and parts

*Have strong communication skills and be a “people person”

*Have basic computer skills

*Be professional and make a good first impression for our shop
