Some of What You’ll do:

• Greet customers and create a welcoming and friendly environment
• Work with the customer to evaluate their service needs, review past service history, and make recommendations for repairs
• Instill confidence in the customer by completing accurate estimates for parts, and labor
• Partner with service technicians and ensure repair orders are delivered promptly
• Build trust in customers by checking up on repairs, explaining completed work, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Be part of an elite team of automotive service professionals
• Continue to develop your skills and take your career to new heights!

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• 2 years service advising experience Highly Preferred
• Sales experience welcome
• Background in automotive highly encouraged
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Professional work ethic and high integrity
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Strong problem solving and follow up skills

COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE: this is a commissioned position by which the salaries reflected are of our current lowest and highest earning employees in this position to provide you with estimated earning potentials in this precise location.
