We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our fast-paced environment at Johnson RV. It’s more than a Service Advisor, we need an outstanding communicator with a natural positive attitude. A person that has a strong work ethic and values taking ownership of their position. The successful person will feel comfortable and confident in greeting customers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians. This position will handle a volume of work flow and must be vigilant in their organization.

Responsibilities

• Attitude is everything – greet service department customers promptly and courteously
• Listen to each customer and clearly articulate needs to technician
• Provide accurate estimates of repairs / maintenance costs
• Follow up on repair status to efficiently inform customers
• Work with manufacturer and file claims in timely manner
• Notify customers when RV / trailer is ready for pick up
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems or potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalency degree is required
• Experience in a service-related position is preferred
• Basic RV knowledge a plus
• Successful candidates will have excellent follow-through skills and a keen eye for details.

• A desire to work collaborate, team environment
• High levels of energy and the desire to be the best at whatever they do
• Superior communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced role
• Exceptional written and oral communication
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
