Clean common areas (clubhouse, fitness center, mail room, leasing office, hallways, restrooms, meeting room, pool area). Pay: $17-$18 (Depending on Experience).

O General preparation and cooking in a certified USDA kitchen. O Able to work well with Management and others and is an excellent team player.

Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings. Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.

Year-round diversified freight base. 5-6 day work week (includes weekends). $600 quarterly safety bonus. Medical, dental, vision, 401k & more.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
