Must possess a Utah EMS license. Must have a good driving record with no more than two moving traffic violations. BLS and ALS level of care.

Experience with IRF PAI , PPS, and IRVEN data entry software preferred. Assist in discharge planning while utilizing the case mix group as a guideline for LOS.

Prepare examination and treatment rooms for use by medical providers by cleaning, stocking and arranging supplies, equipment and instruments.

Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge. License to practice or relevant certification Associate or BS degree in PTA.
