We’re on the hunt for someone who can establish relationships with new contacts and continue to build relationships with existing clients. The person we hire will be responsible for:

• Communicate with clients via phone calls and email
• Arranging and leading meetings both in-person and virtually (We have clients everywhere!)
• Leading client 6-month review meetings
• Gather and send project information to team members
• Work to expand the products clients order
• Identifying new business opportunities for new and existing clients
• Qualifying and disqualifying client leads

The right candidate should have:

• Top-notch communication skills with clients and team members
• Ability to juggle more than one task at a time
• Proactive in identifying and developing opportunities for existing clients
• Excel in relationship building with contacts and new departments within existing clients
• Experience with growing business within an existing client base
• Spirit to handle difficult situations/conversations like a pro
