Handle borrower, agent and lender calls, written correspondence in timely and effective manner. Handle agent, borrower and lender escalated calls and complaints

Must have a valid *Class D License.*. Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment. Report in detail any suspicious incidents.

Assist field personnel with deliveries & pick-ups as needed. Monitor field employees hours and availability to ensure compliance and adequate coverage.

Maintains working relationship with Union officials and adheres to terms of labor contract by monitoring day to day implementation of policies concerning wages,

Prevent theft, lease violations and disturbances. Notify and assist area police for seriuos violations. Crime prevention and community events.
