Aegis is looking for a Senior Project Manager and above to be a full-time, on-site, senior lead for a project controls team in Raleigh, NC.

General responsibilities include:

    • The applicant will have the ability to construct and implement a project controls system within the IPD structure
    • The project controls system will integrate with cutting edge systems such as 4D scheduling and augmented reality systems and then more traditional systems such as CMIC cost integrations
    • Baseline schedule development is ongoing as the design progresses, but the applicant would then join that effort to help support
    • Pull planning and Lean principles will be utilized throughout the Project. Knowledge of these principles and prior experience would be preferred
    • Schedule updates would be performed in concert with the pull planning efforts and it is anticipated that the junior staff for the project would be assigned specifics scopes or buildings for the campus and the senior lead would establish that original project controls plan and then insure that the plan is functioning for all participants

Requirements:

    • MUST have 7 or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry (For example, high-rises, apartment buildings, airports, data centers.)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. This requirement may be waived with 5+ years of direct, vertical construction industry experience
    • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience developing construction project schedules for projects over $100M
    • Excellent communication skills
    • PSP certification preferred (AACEI)
    • PMI-SP certification preferred (PMI)
    • Having large/mega project experience is a plus
