Type of Position: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible (Medical/Dental/401K/Paid Vacations & Holidays)

Schedule & Hours: Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm (or as needed to complete assignments/projects)

Wage: Between $25 to $27 Hourly (based on experience)

Reports to: Director of Marketing & Product Development

Eclipse Shading Systems, the industry leading manufacturer of custom-made shade products, is located in Middletown, NY. We offer a friendly, team orientated working environment with the opportunity for advancement in our growing company.

Senior Marketing Specialist will manage and implement marketing related tasks including the development, designing and production of selling tools & communication items to our dealer network as well as social media and marketing material for the public.

Responsibilities: (Not all inclusive and may require additional responsibilities as needed)

· Implement the creative aspects, production of and updating documents, manuals, and videos

· Management and maintenance of content for several websites & databases

· Copy writing, filming, editing marketing and training videos

· Posting onto company social media accounts

· Organize trade shows, dealer events & other branding opportunities

· Heavily involved in all aspects of launching new products & brands

· Communicate company information to staff and dealers

· Additional duties based on business needs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Proven experience with Adobe software products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superior computer software skills (Microsoft Office, Word Press, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills

· Degree in Marketing or concentration of Business Administration preferred but not required

· A working understanding of the products manufactured by company

· Ability to manage many tasks while being deadline oriented

Skills/Abilities:

· Possess a "can do" attitude

· Be a team player who is willing to go above and beyond for our customers

· Be very "hands-on" with a good mechanical understanding of company products

· Ability to multi-task

· Creative in design and solutions to daily tasks

· Handle a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality work

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
