Job Description

We're looking for a talented graphic designer to help us create engaging content our clients will fall in love with. From social media graphics to infographics - this position will work collaboratively with our design team to help tell stories that engage and inform our clients. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of clean and modern design principles, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. This position grants significant freedom over design concepts and new ideas and provides an environment that fosters room for growth.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepares, plans, and illustrates digital graphic designs for various mediums that meet business goals

• Ensures projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Helps drive creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage projects within design specifications
• Perform retouching and tweaks to existing content
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
• Organize designs and assets properly through mediums such as dropbox, etc.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with internal teams for a wide range of materials that may include social media content, infographics, photo filters, email marketing images, and other various marketing materials

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline, preferred

• 3+ years experience in graphic design and design software including the full Adobe suite among other design platforms.
• Web and email design is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of modern layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript are a plus but not required.
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,553.03 - $78,500.00 per year
