Ability to provide a high quality of customer service by ensuring friendly and courteous guest interactions at all times to make each guests experience

A valid drivers license with: No DWI convictions within the last two years AND no more than two moving violations and/or accidents in the last three years.

Holding a current California real estate license is also a plus, but not required. Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting

Bachelors degree in engineering combined with business aptitude or bachelors degree in business with technical aptitude. This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
