Thelen Audi Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our sales team. As a sales consultant, you must be a great team player with great energy. Customer service is a very important factor in the sales consultant position.

You must deliver the following tasks:

• Greet customers on the sales floor and help determine the best vehicle for them.
• Work with sales managers to make sure the customer is getting the best options.
• Explain the vehicle’s performance, technology, and safety features.
• Build and maintain your customer base and relationships to encourage them to return to you for future business.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and make sure they understand the vehicle and the operations of it.
• Have a great motivation to meet or exceed the projected sales numbers.

This full-time position is based on commission and includes the following comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with short-term and long-term disability. A 401k is available with percentage matched and paid vacation and holidays.
