Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred or equivalent years of experience. Working knowledge of state and federal wage and labor laws.

Promote unit team development and act as an advisor to unit staff to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.

Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.

Answer incoming phone calls, assisting patients with scheduling needs or transferring to the appropriate department/person requested.
