Good Shepherd Fairview Home is looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Admissions team!

Position Summary

Supports the Director of Admissions in establishing an effective system to gather resident information before and upon admission to assure proper placement of residents as each resident's needs indicate.


Markets the facilities to referral sources and prospective residents. Provides coverage for the Admissions Department.


Position Details

Typically, Monday - Friday, days. Will need to flex for the occasional Saturday or Sunday and/or off-shift


Essential Job Requirements

Associates degree in any Health or Human Servies field OR Sales and Marketing


Preferred:

Demonstrated knowledge of long-term care, marketing principles, federal and state regulations applicable to long-term care environment, and understanding of third-party reimbursement.

Able to work in fast paced environment, good organization skills, goal oriented, and have excellent customer service skills.
