Bachelors degree with 15+ years relevant experience within a related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma

Performs other duties as needed to include: assisting with disaster calls, fire calls, and bomb threats according to policy;

Works cross functionally with different departments and directly with Sales, Productions, and Manufacturing to determine priorities and develop production

Highly developed interpersonal and technical skills for team collaboration, establishing therapeutic rapport in a child centered environment.
