Hours: 40 per week

Pay rate: $40K - $51K per year depending on experience

Location: Our HQ in Longmont, CO

The Sales Administrator will play a vital role in the success of the company by providing essential support to the Sales, Purchasing, and Marketing. The role will be based in our Longmont, CO facility and will require in-person collaboration with the team.

The ideal candidate will be highly competent in administrative functions and have experience in common business technologies such as: Microsoft suite, Google suite, Slack, Project Management, and Customer Relationship Management applications and possess an ability to grasp new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct top-of-funnel sales prospecting activities, including researching and identifying new leads, connecting with prospects to determine appropriate contact within the company, and entering prospect information into our CRM platform.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to follow-up with prospects at regular intervals and update and maintain Prospect and Customer records in CRM.
  • Manage middle-of-funnel sales conversion activities, including sending product and services information to prospects and processing and coordinating sample requests.
  • Help convert prospects to clients/accounts in CRM and coordinate with the Director of Sales and Director of Purchasing to ensure timely ordering of ingredients and packaging for new clients.
  • Enter client sample requests and purchase orders into Zoho Creator and generate appropriate invoices, packing lists, information sheets, etc.
  • Close-the-loop on communications between client and all stakeholders. (Formulation, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing).
  • Assist the Director of Marketing with in-house marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to develop and maintain our library of marketing materials and assets.
  • Coordinate with in-house graphics team as well as outside graphic design contractors on various marketing activities and projects.
  • Assist in the maintenance of various company social media outlets via Loomly
  • Assist in maintaining the marketing calendar in Loomly including newsletters, social media posts, blog, promotions, and other content marketing strategy activities as needed.
  • Coordinate and help run weekly team meetings in the sales department.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of administrative office, project management, and CRM software.
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Fast learner who adapts quickly, pivots easily, and is capable of implementing course corrections.
  • Ability to determine when to resolve problems independently and when to refer up to the executive team for support.
  • Comfortable using business technologies such as Microsoft suite, Google suite, Slack, and project management software.
  • Able to commute to our HQ in Longmont, CO M-F, approximately 9AM to 5PM.
  • Experience in the cosmetic or dietary supplement industry is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
