We’re an established insurance and financial services agency, combined with an up-and-coming small business management firm, looking for a hungry SalesAccount Executive to help us take things to the next level.

You will be expected to go above and beyond just showing up, putting in your time, and going home. If you’re just looking for a 9-5, without the thought of building a future here, then this is not the position for you.

We will be building a business together and it’s going to take hard work, and yes, sometimes very long hours, days, and maybe even Saturdays if necessary (No Sunday’s Ever), but knowing that in the end, it was all worth it when your finally paid what you know you’re worth, and you also own a piece of the pie!

This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something very special, with the possibility of owning your own practice within the first 12-18 months.

DAILY DUTIES - Full Training Will Be Provided

Marketing Support

  • Setting up and attending expos/trade shows with possible over-night stays (in-state only).
  • Outbound marketing campaign production support.
  • Attending weekly network marketing group meetings.
  • Utilizing social media to generate attention and potentially leads

Sales and Production Support

  • New lead generation by prospecting and contacting potential clients.
  • Following up on prospective client mailings, via phone, email, or text.
  • Calling and setting appointments for agents, or independent associates.
  • Producing new business quotes by entering information provided by agents, or independent associates.
  • Conducting field work by measuring and taking pictures of homes & buildings that are being quoted.
  • Responding to underwriter queries during the quoting process to help streamline turn-around times.
  • Putting together final quote presentations for agents, or independent associates.
  • Following up on quote presentations by phone, email, or text, when required to assist in closing deals.
  • Processing new client paperwork.

Service

  • Weekly servicing of the accounts, and insuring the client is consistantly WOW'd by your after sale performance.

MUST HAVE’s

  • Extroverted personality, and very comfortable in large crowds
  • Extremely flexible schedule
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to walk up and down steep inclines when necessary
  • Strong ability to work independently with little to no supervision

HOW YOU BENEFIT

  • Base Pay + Production Pay + Bonuses: 1st Year potential - $52,000 or more
