NORMAN LOVE CONFECTIONS is currently looking for a SHIFT SUPERVISOR / KEY HOLDER at our Miromar Outlet location!

An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Candidates should have retail or restaurant experience that includes delivering the level of service that is expected to accompany an ultra premium product. Due to the nature of the retail industry, applicants must have flexibility in their schedules.

Key responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

· Customer Service- ensuring the highest level of service is provided to every customer at every opportunity from counter service through table service.

· Sales & Financial-meeting sales and labor targets while positively impacting restaurant finances.

· Business Operations-assures responsibilities are completed in a timely and effective manner while maintaining compliance with operational and food safety procedures.
