Community House is a residential assessment and stabilization program for 6 children with emotional/behavioral challenges. We work with both boys and girls, ages 5-12 years old. We are looking for residential direct care workers for a variety of shifts including afternoon, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Direct care staff work in teams of 3 or 4 to provide programming, recreation, behavior management, crisis intervention, close supervision, and all aspects of the children's care.

Experience with children, preferably in residential treatment, counseling, or teaching is required. Minimum high school diploma/GED is required. A relevant college degree is preferred.

We are accepting applications for full and part-time positions, as well as perdiem (hourly sub) positions. Fulltime postions include a generous benefits package. Part-time positions include pro-rated benefits. Free meals available to all employees when on shift. Weekend differentials.
