Communicating with clients, tenants and prospects in person, via telephone and email. Routine office duties such as copying, faxing, sorting, filing, etc.

Assist with design, design production, and proofing of both printed and digital promotional materials. Proven graphic design knowledge, print production skills

Must have a current and valid armed VA DCJS license. First Aid and CPR/AED certified. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well

Greets visitors, answers incoming calls and delivers excellent customer service. Assures that receptionist desk, waiting areas, conference room, and break room

Answer incoming calls, routing and assisting callers as appropriate. Consistently maintain a high level of customer service in all outbound or inbound calls
