Identify and oversee the required processes and tools to evaluate performance and enable pro-active data-driven risk detection and decision taking.

Seat guests and take initial drink orders as needed to ensure ideal speed of service. Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment.

Work on the cash register or kitchen production position. Maintain the appearance of the dining room and exterior of the restaurant.
