What We are looking for:

A successful Regenerative Therapy Sales Representative in Regenerative Medicine will be responsible for providing tissue allograft products to aesthetic, orthopedic, and other similar medical practices to support regenerative therapies. The ideal candidate should demonstrate outstanding competence to drive growth in key accounts, rapidly growing portfolio solutions and commercial partnerships, as well as to develop new accounts in those territories.

The Regenerative Therapy Sales Representative is accountable for managing existing client relationships within their portfolio to create a positive client experience and drive opportunities for increased business.

What you will doing:

  • Represent the LUX Therapeutics portfolio of products. Always looking for ways to introduce physicians to the newest scientific innovations in the stem cell world
  • Develop territory business plan and frequently update according to business and market changes.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned territory sales goals by proactively calling on existing and potential new customers via email, phone and field travel.
  • Cultivate existing customer relationships with a focus on growing overall revenue and reagent attachment with customers using both existing and newly placed instrumentation.
  • Research accounts and use historical sales data and market trends to drive new business.
  • Capture, process, and disseminate competitive intelligence and market feedback via weekly/monthly and other ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Provide forecasting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Participate in trade shows, vendor shows, and related activities.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and balance workload based on priority of assignments.
  • Accept and adapt to change quickly while remaining effective and efficient
  • Responsible for driving new opportunities with existing clients to closure and ensuring effective execution internally
  • Responsible for maintaining effective business relationships with clients, including administration of contracts and agreements

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any life sciences field, advanced degree preferred or the equivalent in relevant experience.
  • 2 + years of selling and/or customer-facing experience within the medical device sales, aesthetic product sales, or regenerative medicine industry
  • Working knowledge of regenerative therapies
  • Experience in successfully coordinating across several complex functions to ensure comprehensive and consistent development, sale, delivery, and support of products and/or services
  • Experience with the preparation and delivery of reports and/or presentations/communications
  • Ability to run a territory & grow revenue
  • Experience in the review and closure of contracts and agreements Results oriented and customer-need focused.
