Responsibilities:

· Match PO Receipts with invoices and watch for discrepancies

· Process invoices. Backup for paying and maintain a record of invoices

· Assist with month-end processes.

· Receive incoming non-ingredient purchases into the computer

· Greet visitors and answer the phone in a polite and courteous manner

· Ensure all visitors and contractors sign-in. Learn the policies.

· Direct truck drivers to the appropriate dock area by reviewing the shipping schedule

· Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

· High school diploma/GED required

· Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
