We have part-time passenger van driver positions with flexible schedules available in both the Marlborough and Fitchburg areas. Our drivers work approximately 15 to 25 hours per week with mornings, afternoons and split shifts available. We will work with you to tailor your schedule to meet your needs and ours! There is also the potential of additional hours for vacation coverage as well occasional evenings, holidays and Saturdays.

We are a human service agency with Clubhouse locations in Marlborough and Fitchburg. Our drivers have a strong sense of service and a solid customer service demeanor and we are looking to add to this team. We provide transportation to our membership as well as fee for service contracts in the community and are seeking applicants that can add to our diverse transportation needs and have a genuine interest and caring for the people we transport.

Starting rate is commensurate with experience. We provide training and pay the cost of all pre-employment testing.

A $350 hiring bonus will be paid after 90 days of employment.

Individuals applying to be a Part Time Driver must meet the following minimum qualifications:

Must have a current, valid, MA driver's license
Must be 21 years old or older
Must have a clean driving record
Must submit to CORI, SORI and fingerprint background checks
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
Must satisfy all drug testing requirements and pass a non-DOT physical

Other required skills:

Ability to accurately log mileage and destinations
Ability to follow driving directions; familiarity with the MetroWest and/or Northern Worcester County areas is a plus
Ability to adjust to changing needs / priorities of program
Strong customer service/people skills

Other factors that will be considered:

Bi-lingual skills
Wheelchair securement and prior transportation service a plus
