Job Description :

Real Estate company is looking for a qualified Property Management Coordinator to support the Property Management Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and will be able to manage multiple tasks at once, provide all necessary administrative duties, and remain calm in high-pressure situations while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Triage Property Management Department telephone calls: determine priority, resolve issues that can be resolved independently, prepare paperwork for issues that the manager may need to resolve, relay messages accurately and delivery in a timely manner.
  • Provide superior administrative support to Property Managers: returning calls, relaying messages, developing and ensuring the delivery of correspondence, etc.
  • Screen all incoming PM Department mail and distribute appropriately.
  • Provide routine and urgent reporting as required.
  • Maintain schedule for the department: tenant moves, contractor/vendor work, etc.
  • Resolve tenant complaints and follow through to resolution
  • Assist PM in scheduling Superintendent's work and follow up on completion, advise Property Manager.
  • Input work orders to Yardi and update as necessary.
  • File department documents appropriately and provide files for PMs as necessary.
  • Handle collections
  • Attend all PM team meetings, record and file meeting minutes.
  • Though the role is mostly administrative, you may be called upon to inspect apartments/building common areas from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in RE office, administrative, or hospitality (required)
  • Strong administrative skills/experience
  • Excellent organization skills, with proven ability to meet multiple deadlines- Strong PC skills (MS Office required)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Yardi (or related) software experience strongly preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
