This position’s primary responsibility will be managing healthcare projects in western WI and southeastern MN. This position is full time and provides competitive salary and benefits. Apply by Monday Jan. 30th. Resumes will be reviewed as they are submitted.

Responsibilities

• Establish and ensure all project team members are accountable to their deliverables in the project to achieve the established margin goal
• Develop and implement the overall construction schedule; facilitate schedule creation, maintenance, and compliance with entire team
• Responsible for Pre-Con, quantity takeoff and estimating on selected projects
• Manage all sub-contractors; understand productivity in areas of self-performed work
• Be accountable for and communicate cost management for each project; review reports with the team and identify and communicate solutions to resolve variances
• Develop and maintain positive relationships and proactive communication with stakeholders (such as owners, design teams, subcontractors, and others) to promote project efficiency and create repeat clients and new work
• Participate in interviews to win work, maintain key customer relationships, provide insight to the RFP process, and work closely with Business Development and other key staff
• Initiate and utilize professional networks; commit to continuous improvement and training
• Other duties as assigned by the Division Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Mgmt., or related field (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial general contracting experience (required)
• Experience managing healthcare projects is strongly preferred
• Ability to form productive and positive relationships across the organization and with clients
• Willing to travel to meet client needs
• Possess a drive to improve leadership/management capabilities through continued education
• Experience in healthcare construction projects is an asset
• Construction related certifications and trainings are an asset
