Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and an insurable driving record. This position requires a Class A or B CDL license with hazmat and tanker

Some responsibilities of this position include greeting visitors, faxing, emailing, copying, organizing, data entry, filing, office projects, running errands

Educate guests on the CLA mission. Computer skills, including data entry, retail sales, and communications. Build GMC loyalty by delivering best-in-class guest

DPA represents landlords who own both commercial real estate such as hotels, and residential properties such as apartments.

Be available to help with filing, misc. data entry, copying, marking drawings, assembling reports, invoice tracking, etc. Answer phones at front desk.
