Make outbound calls to customers thoughout the day. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Providing guests with information regarding our products. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy.

Review of customer contracts, specifications and drawings to develop bill of materials, determine testing and fabrication methods required.

This does require attention to detail. (Quickbooks experience is ideal but not required as long as you are open to learn and proficient on a computer).

Work on plant wide projects using hand tools, power tools, and mobile/areal equipment. Must work after hour calls and overtime when needed.
