Our special school program is seeking an Executive Director, Lead Preschool and Infant Toddler teachers, and an Administrative Assistant.

National or State recognized Certification as a phlebotomist (EX:CPT by NHA, RPT by AMT, etc) in lieu of 2 years of experience.

Duties will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll, payroll taxes, general ledger entries, and answering

Data entry into insurance software program. Keep track of costs, losses, renewals & new businesses in Excel spreadsheets.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as printers, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets and fax machines.
