H2 Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our H2 Health @ Fleming Island outpatient clinic located in Fleming Island, FL.

Our ideal candidate will have experience treating and evaluating patients with primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting
• Must pass required background checks

Facility Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (flexible schedule available)

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
