A minimum of two years of experience in dentistry front office is required and applicants need to be familiar with dental insurence claims/billing.

Automotive service advisors greet customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required and prepare

Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, appointment scheduling, treatment planning and insurance verification along with other front desk

Must maintain positive resident and guest relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner. Assists with dish room tasks.
