Warm Springs Home Health, Inc., is in need of a Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant to cover our San Francisco / San Mateo area of operations.

Per Diem - Compensated Per Visit
Qualifications:
-Must have complete knowledge of organization and function of the Home Health Agency and its relationship to the Health Care Community and the society in which the agency is to function

.-Minimum of 1 year experience in home health is required..

-Must be capable of compassionate communication with patients and their families.

-Needs to have keen observation skills, high ethical standards and knowledge in home health care.

-Must be resilient and sympathetic, and have emotional and physical stability to deal with the challenges of patient and patient family demands.
