Education:

• High school Education or GED or equivalent: Required
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with either an Associate’s degree in science or applied science that is approved by American Physical Therapy Association, Inc.: Required

Work Experience:

• Minimum of one year as Physical Therapist Assistant or technical experience: Preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications:

• Must have a current Active Physical Therapist Assistant license through the State of California: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Preferred
