Make outbound calls to customers thoughout the day. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Research and develop techniques, procedures, and tools for more efficient use of resources in the BI environment. Spanish or Portuguese language skills a plus.

Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record (Required). Strong knowledge of Freeway Service Patrol guidelines and operations in the state of California

Responsible for professional answering incoming phone calls and messages, as well as follow-up activities with patients. This will be a full-time opportunity.
