Job Description:

• Must have an active Washington State pharmacy license.
• Doctor of Pharmacy required.
• Acute Care and Oncology Residencies and/or Board Certification (BCPS/BCOP) are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience required.
• Prior Oncology experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations is required.
• American Heart Association BLS is required.

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
