Maintain Board document filing system and records retentions and recovery system and manage the documentation of required training for trustees.

Manage day to day operations including but not limited to opening and closing of cash drawers, working with vendors on delivery schedules, credits and returns.

Current license in Occupational Therapy (if required by state law). May supervise COTAs, Rehab Aides, or provisional licensed occupational therapists per state

Process customer transactions, provide customers with account information, cash disbursement, check cashing, and cash drawer balancing.
