Unrestricted LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, PsyD, Phd, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor)

This position requires either a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and/or Exercise Science, or a certification from an accredited medical assisting course, or an
