Overnight 11P-7A (Friday-Saturday & Saturday-Sunday)

Job Summary: Provide front desk services for an upscale residential property in Boston.

Duties:

  • Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all guests.
  • Provide resident services such as package and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options, service vendor recommendations, restaurants reservations and additional requests upon demand.
  • Through appearance, performance and service orientation, project a consistent image that complements the property.
  • Adhere to formal operating policies and procedures that mandate certain customer service techniques and emergency response procedures.
  • Ensure property rules and regulations are consistently enforced.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Team player

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Compensation:

  • Pay rates between $17-$19 an hour, plus growth potential.
