Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, design or related field. Request quotations and approve printing and design invoices for payment.

Must be comfortable with creating detailed evaluation write ups for families and must have strong emphasis for family and caregiver communication and education.

Provides Masters level clinical social to address patient/family psychosocial adjustment to illness and post-hospital care.

*Evaluates patients/clients - makes clinical judgments based on data gathered during the examination*. A masters degree in Occupational Therapy.

Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
